The value of everything

Earlier this year, determined to better understand economics, I borrowed Mariana Mazzucato’s new book The Value of Everything: Making and Taking in the Global Economy from my local library. The day before my second renewal period was up and I was due to return the book – unread – we commenced lockdown to counter the spread of Covid-19. If ever there was a sign I must read this book! With it on my desk indefinitely, learn I must, as must you, for after the great pause, it’s likely a new abnormal will be up for grabs.
